A friend told me that I can use my Hasselblad lenses via an adapter to fit my Canon body (5D and 40D). I need your opinion and suggestion before I take this step. Apparently the adapter is manufactured in The Ukraine (reliable?).
Thanks for the tip.

I believe the adapters I bought were made in China, but I'm not sure. The only issue you'll need to worry about is whether or not the lens protrudes into the camera body enough to interfere with the reflex mirror. If you're using a crop-body camera, this probably won't be an issue. "Everything will be alright. I'm from the government and I'm here to help."

Megapixels and high ISO are a digital photographers heroin. Once you have a little, you just want more and more. It doesn't stop until your bank account is run dry.

apersson850 Obviously it's a good thing More info | Is it a good idea? Lenses designed for larger formats tend to have less resolution in line pairs/mm, since they don't have to, normally. But in a case like this, that would be wasted outside the sensor. Anders
