Nice captures!
I enjoy both shots, but I think the buildings in the first stand out more and draw the eyes since they are lit. I like the water and sky/mountains of the second as well. I would have combined these two exposures. Also, the left side buildings are more lit in the second.

To me the first image could be a merge of morning on the left to night on the right. At least the buildings do. An interesting idea.

If you click through to the Flickr image, it explains it all there!

"A blend of 8 photos, from early sunset until night time. Currently rendering a timelapse of this, so this is essentially a 'Still Timelapse'."

This is a very relaxing and soothing image Sett - a wonderful piece for any wall. So often we see sunset images with the color cranked up so high in post that it looks almost radioactive. This is not one of them; your subtlety and restraint has created a very nice image. Thanks for sharing.

This shot of Cleveland's Flats was done a few years ago from the Subway level of the Detroit Superior bridge.

They had deployed special lighting for this event which was a perfect addition to the evening sky. My only regret was not having a tripod for this shot. It's not badly done but the shutter speed was a bit low for hand-held at 1/10 second. It looks ok here but the sharpness breaks up a bit once you start enlarging it for print. I lost a hotel print sale because of that. They wanted to blow it up to about 110" in width and it fell apart. We live and learn ;-)a.
