Not sure whether this late of a reply is appropriate, but anyway:

Yes, it's a hike, but actually not that bad at all for a 14-er - I am not a super-hiker. However, sub - 0F and 40+ mph winds did make taking the shot and the decent in the dark somewhat challenging. In fact I was stupid enough to get frost-nipped fingers, which are still 'tingling' 2 weeks later - I got a bit blasé about the temps and keeping my extremities warm. I've also been doing high-altitude sunsets and hiking back in the dark for over a year, so that wasn't an issue.
