White balance looks pretty accurate to me. I dont remember the hair being like that but perhaps when its lit well, thats what it looks like. Thanks everyone for the words and education.

I agree with the others - I don't see a color cast at all here. I see some hues that are being brought out by proper lighting. My wife's hair has red/auburn tints that only show when the light hits it just right - I think this case is similar. You're being over critical!
