the Canon brand sells for more than $100 vs the Vivitar, Vello and Zeikos brands...any comments on the other brands. Is the $100 difference worth buying Canon?
Thanks

Just my two cents. [Gear List | Flickr

My Canon BGE6 for the 5D2 is definitely made of metal. Cheers,

Very solid grip. [7D] - [GF1 w/14mm f2.5] - 70-200f4L | 50mm f1.2L | Sigma 10-20 | Sigma 105 f2.8 | Sigma 18-50 f2.8[U]

Maybe it's because I'm picky but that is a big deal to me. One thing you will need to get used to on the BG-E7 is the shutter is more sensitive than the one on the body. After awhile you will get used to it but at first you may be firing off some extra shots if you are in one of the continuous modes. 5D4 w/BG-E20, 24-105 f/4L, 70-200 f/2.8L IS II, 35 f/1.4L, 85 f/1.8, 100 f/2.8L IS Macro, Sigma 50 f/1.4
