They make lenses now too?!?
http://cgi.ebay.com …enses&hash=item45f6322089 (external link)
For Pentax, but "Wait a bit more! HorusBennu is preparing lens adapters, another camera users can use Limited Star."
Maybe soon... lol

"HorusBennus is very proud of its picky standard quality control system, HorusBennu do check every single lens not to let its customers down. HorusBennu is the most powerful Korean brand. HorusBennu reduced distributor's step, customers will be satisfied with its reasonable price & top quality."

I think a lot of these companies could go a long way to build our faith in the brands if they paid someone with a little knowledge of the English language to proofread their spec sheets. It doesn't phase me since I'm used to it, but I'm sure it kills some of their sales.

I am honestly wondering when a US distributer will pick up their products. I want a dry cabinet! =)

I have the 1128TT traveler tripod/monopod with NS-B1 head coming in. Will find some time to do a quick review!

I've been watching this and other threads about Horusbennu tripods and heads and reading other reviews with interest. Yesterday I made an offer on a HB C2540 carbon fiber tripod with a LX-3 head. The listing was a Buy it Now or Best Offer for $225. I offered $190. In 16 hours they apologetically countered at $200. Needless to say, I accepted. Now I'll anxiously wait to see how long it takes to get here. If this tripod/head combo lives up to the hype, that's a fantastic price for a carbon fiber tripod with a quality ballhead. I'll give a review once I receive it.

I bought this one a month or more ago,and so far i love it. keep in mind ive never had anything fancy but it more than holds my t2i,with zoom lens attached. i like the rubber knobs, they are easier to grab hold of and turn. The tripod is very light weight a real plus for me .And nice little case to store it in. i have nothing bad to say about the set up ,it does everything i want it to so far.

^^^^^^^^
That's exactly what I wanted to hear. I'm considering the same combo.

at first i was uneasy about bidding on such an unknown brand but after doing some surfing on other message boards i read nothing but good about the brand.
i have never had the ballhead before ,but wanted one for wildlife and birds.so far im very happy with it.

Just ordered an LX-5. Vendor is really slow in replying and apparently shipping as well. Will reflect on the overall experience when I use it. I plan to use it with gripped 7d & 70-200. Hopefully there won't be any droops with the setup

Desire to learn; a camera & a few other things.

That will be fine, once Photobucket get's it's stuff together (and my photos come back) you will see it holds a 7D with 70-200 admirably.
