Heres a friend of mine, I thought I would take her for a quick shoot and she did actually quite good infront of the camera. Hope to have some more shots of her in the future.

Enjoy!

The whole set is awesome, the first one being my favorite!
You should kidnap her more often!

You did a good job of kidnapping her - I can't see any trace!

In the first one, your capture is just sooo cute. The second is nice, and all three are well lit. In the last one, it looks like you missed focus on her eyes.

I agree with Geoff, kidnap her a lot more often.

You are crazy if you don't work with her on a regular basis.

What is going on with the DOF on the last one? The hands and belt are sharp but part of the hair seems to be soft.

I like the first one. The hand looks like it is a little blown out though

Beautiful shots. You two should work more often. If you live near the Como conservatory in Minneapolis you should try shooting together in the park. Definitely could produce some great images in that location.

I bet $10 I missed the focus point and focused on her hand. :o Tried saving it with smart sharpening and unsharpen mask's. Thought it was a killer composition though.

Thanks for the tip! I have been waiting for the snow to melt, it did, then snowed again. I would love to shoot in the conservatory but they usually yell when you have an SLR shooting a model, saying "you need to rent out the place."

More contrast would help? Or lighting wise? I used two Promaster 7500's at 45's could have been the cause of that?

Ahhh good deal :)

wow looks like you were shooting in darkness. Not your fault at that point on those numbers that is the AF's fault.

Number one beats it for me :)

Number one is my favorite as well. I would try to bring back some detail in the shirt as it is a bit over exposed.

I think you have fantastic composition and your model is beautiful. The only critique I could make is your framing is a little off (#1 - cutting off her boot and #2 her shoulder). But great photo's regardless.
