Lots of pics to comment on here - next time perhaps pick 1 or two for more in depth critiques.

Overall, nice shots - good lighting, would have liked to see the subject looking at the camera more often. Watch out for compositional elements that distract from the subject like the backpack, the trash can and random extra people. I'm being rather picky here though - nice job overall.

#1. Composition doesn't work, but really nice capture - try cropping in past the blurry pillar that grabs my attention and focus more on the subject. The quality of light on his face is really nice - perhaps more of a head shot would make this work better (the hands in the pockets and shoe sole aren't helping.)

#2. Also a nice shot - but cutting the frame in half with the building edge isn't working. Crop in a bit, and burn the heck out of the overexposed sky/background to bring focus back to the subject.

#3.I'm not a big fan of the overexposed look - but, nice job with it. The lines work well, but the trash can is distracting. Sunglasses are meh -especially since we can see you reflected in them.

#4. Not too great - overexposed, trash can and back pack distracting the eye - and the subject is ignoring the camera.

#5. Nice exposure and composition, but maybe burn the sky down a little, it's far too hot. Sunglasses again - we see you clearly. Let's see the eyes of the subject!

#6. Very nice - my favorite image. It's not just a portrait, it's saying something. Lovely composition and lighting, although his shoulder is overexposed and his pants have no details. Perhaps a little too much contrast on this one, but great shot. Certainly a keeper.

#7. Overexposed, and the random people aren't helping. Either crop in or do some cloning to remove the extras - not a great composition though, and the subject on the left is looking up, and wearing sunglasses again. Probably not a keeper in my opinion.

The over exposure is obviously on purpose and I think it works very well for the style you chose, nothing wrong with any of them

I thought these were fairly decent shots and the over exposed shots are good. I like that effect. You can't really do anything about the trash can and other objects on campus so I think you did the best with what you have.

Thanks for the comments so far guys!

@mpphotography: The overexposed look was done on purpose. When I have time I'll put your critique to use and do some of the things you suggested. xD Thanks for taking the time and critiquing every photo, I appreciate it.
