because they ruined one of my best shots...

i have a real hard time getting prop blur and a clear picture. throw in panning, and well.

I really think it varies - sometimes it will add a little drama to a capture, and sometimes, it will just clutter an otherwise perfect shot.

If it BLOCKS, it's a problem most of the time, as above.

Depends on the composition of the photo. Like already mentioned, if it gets in the way of the subject it can be distracting.
