I can't download firmware 1.1.0 to my camera.

I probably should. I was able to download the upgrade last time but I don't know why I can't this time. I have all the necessary components. Is it this hard for Macs?

1) When I open EOS Utility
2) Click Camera settings/Remote shooting
3) Click the cross/wrench icon
4) My firmware still says Ver 1.0.9

Somebody please help me.
