hi all, im new to lighting and will be buying my first lighting kit so i can start some portrait and still life photography but im so confused!

i saw this set EphotoInc (external link). and im loving it ! but i need to understand something before i buy it,,, i want to get strobe/flash x2 and wondering will they fit onto these brackets? and i will also have a 430EX II flash and will that fit onto this bracket as well?

better recomendations are welcome i do have a budget or around 300$ so.... shoot! :)
thanks all.

i also liked this one (cowboy studio (external link)) but again, not too sure if this will work to mount a canon flash on the stand?
