Stop looking at cheap jeans! Higher quality jeans arent as stiff or heavy. Leave the tie at home. Unbotton the shirt a little and get some jeans. You need to learn to just relax a bit. I work with attorney's all day and too many of them never give themself a chance to relax. You need balance between relaxation and work.
