-> Just because you are all talking about Leica :D a friend of mine told me what it means in Russian :D

It's the descriptive name of the barking of a dog.

Well that dog has a big bite!!! Those images are amazing!

I wear a shirt and tie because i work and have too. WTH man take the tie off and leave the stiff at home. Put a tshirt on, get some blue jeans and sneakers. We need to start you off looking relaxed before you can feel it!

The problem is, not wearing a tie feels "wrong".
It's something I can do during the holidays walking from A to B, or when I'm somewhere for photography, but university...

-> Also, Jeans are heavy... and a stiff fabric... and wear out on the knees... and loose their colour... yes, I have worn them as a young kid, but that's years ago..

Perhaps not, but when they tell you to relax or chill, it's a good excuse to go to the beach. :)

Leica was also the first mammal in space, sent up on a Russian built R-7 (which is still used to day).
The poor thing died upon re-entry from the heat.

Stop looking at cheap jeans! Higher quality jeans arent as stiff or heavy. Leave the tie at home. Unbotton the shirt a little and get some jeans. This way you can keep some sense of you but relax a bit.

Work with me here Detlev :D

Oh, and Omar, there is another problem with being relaxed...

I have a rather expensive watch on my wrist and rather expensive pens in my bag - and my laptop isn't too cheap either...

Heh! Someone complained about "kids today", and I had to chuckle -- it was in my generation that high schools began the transition into what became "Fast Times at Ridgemont High", that was a long time ago!

So, whatever "ills" the kids of today had were definitely inherited:)!

i'm with on that Tony, but i always remembered us picking up our feet when we walked, i don't know where they picked that up

I can't relax.. I even up sleeping badly during the holidays...

And "hanging out"... it's something I can't do... -> I'd also start scaring everybody away with either computer, photography, history or politics...

Meeting new people - I was never good at at.... heck, apparently I was already a loner in Kindergarten in Germany :D so that's pretty much tradition now :D .- and consistent :)

I think primary school starts at the age of 6 in Germany -> and I'm 21 now... (will be 22 at the very end of October 2011)

Now listening to Dvorak by the way :D oh what wonderful music...

Go to the symphony!! There are TONS of girls (and guys) that would love to go!

And Nikon was the first reptile sent up to space by nasa:

People who drag their feet annoy me!!

I did marching band throughout high school, so I darn well lift those heels off the ground!

That might be the issue... although trousers are so much easier :) -> I just need to head to Germany (about 500km :D) then Sinn & Leffers in the Centro Oberhausen, and the company of choice for me is Gardeur :)
-> On that note: I don't think I can buy trousers in my size in the UK... at least not outside of London, I need a 36" leg on them...

Unbuttoning the shirt - yikes... I button it up to the top even without a tie, I've done this since I started wearing shirts which is also a long time ago...

AHA! Thats the problem! Stop that crap! Socializing is not made to be constructive! Unless the function of the event is that which 99% of the time it isnt, like our great thread here :D

Yeah, this is a Random and off topic thread... it's where we can talk about whatever we want and just have fun.

You need to learn to just relax a bit. I work with attorney's all day and too many of them never give themself a chance to relax. You need balance between relaxation and work. As they say at least here in the US, "All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy."

That and don't take this the wrong way, but being too serious isn't good for relationships either. So many attorneys I know have no social skills because they focused on their studies their whole life way too much and never "learned" how to just go out and live.

I've been listening to some classical music with my mother who also likes it, the only problem is, I need to get to Sheffield from Doncaster from that... and because I'm not at uni very often in my last year that's very uneconomic...

On that note though, most people (possibly 95-99%) of the audience are older people around 40+.

Classical music isn't valued enough amongst the younger people in the UK it seem.

Music.. that makes me think... one year ago my mother and I went to Germany for a weeked to a) see my grandparents (her parents) and b) attend a Jean Michel Jarre concert... :D slightly mad decision, but nice music :) (bit loud though)
