I actually tapped the hand trying to lift the wallet, two girls, and they walked away without looking, my left hand was on the 5D2 slung ala tactical sling with the black rapid strap.

Idiots! Good move on your part Tony!

That's awesome.

Even better, with today's video-capable dSLRs, they've developed rear-facing pods that feed a remote signal to the photographer who can switch from video to still and back again "on the fly!" (Pun Intended)

Is that all urs? They say it's the basic set of all the gels, but no duplicates so like scaled down version of the normal assortment. Do you really use all of those? I've never used a gel before but I do have some.

This is kind of interesting regarding CMOS technology:

However, the two images they show with a color checker simply look as if one is underexposed...

bad enough some people don't own one some people don't know how to use them

The ISAP Symposium X is scheduled for June 2, 3 and 4.

Currently, the only firm shooting opportunities are a visit to the SD Air & Space Museum and a night shooting workshop but expectations are pretty high for a visit to either North Island or one of the surrounding Class D airports like Montgomery or Gillespie.

Don't quote me on this though... It's still a bit up in the air.
