Definitely agree with you about laptops being terrible for formulas...

I was an aerospace engineering major when I first started college... I hardly ever used my laptop for notes just because it was so impractical.

Now try maths -> On that note though, if you ever write papers etc. try MikTeX, it can be much faster, but then you need to type fast...
I'm faster with a fountainpen (even for plain text)

haha I mean Scratch Paper... I always use Scratch paper with some crappy ballpens hehehe and just throw them away when the class is done, I hate reading notes

My engineering was all math...

Calculus in Calcuslus, Calc in Physics, Calc in my Aerospace classes....

I don't miss those days... :/
