I missed seeing your 15-35 FS, that sold fast. Where are you looking for the 8.2? Very much interested in your sharing experience in this new venture

Yeah the lenses sold a lot faster than I expected them to! I am going to grab a BNIB M8 Silver and probably a 35 Summicron and a 50 Summilux Pre-ASPH. Around mid summer I'll look at adding a 21/24 for wide angle and a 90mm Summicron Pre-ASPH as we're doing our yearly trek to Montreal for the F1.

where are you getting the M8?

Good luck with the sale Shawn. I'm guessing it will be another fast sale for this one as well. Should be starting to put my old gear up for sale after work tonight I hope. Don't think my stuff will sell that fast.....hehe. Hmm.....This reminds me, I need to pick up a roll of film to run through my old Pentax Asahi (sp?).

We usually sit in the hair pin but we're thinking Turn 2 on the exit apex this year as the hairpin hasn't been the same since the rules change and Kubica's nasty crash that one year.

Local store here called Eight Elm Photo just up the street from my house. It's one of those "new old stock". $3200 CDN and I get the full 2yr warranty + 2 UV/IR filters from Leica when I register it.

I hope so. As I mentioned earlier in the thread I don't have the box for it and I bought it in Beijing so even though it's not a grey market camera I'm not sure how people really feel about that. I figure I'll throw it up as a Canadian listing first to see if there's any bites and if not open it to the US after. I pondered doing a trade-in on it but the price most shops here give you on trade-ins is garbage.
