I had a fever and throat infection from Thursday night through Friday. Then it turned into heavy congestion and a constant cough over the weekend. At this point I'm also feeling some congestion in my right ear with the nose congestion continuing its lovely pace. Not to mention the cough. He says the combo of the anti-biotics and Mucinex D double dose should kill it fast. So i hope it does. Sounds like you're ready to kick the bucket. I feel ya on the ear congestion. That and my sister used to do them all the time and got a really bad nasal infection after doing it once. I find that Dristan works really well, but I have to be really desperate to use it.
