In a short sale, the lender(plus the investor, if any, who owns the loan) computes the amount they are willing to sell, then if the seller(homeowner) owes other monies, like homeowner 's association fees etc, etc, typically the buyer is to pay this because the seller is suppose to be in hardship with no extra cash.

if that's the case the buyer is usually getting the house for less than market value including these fees, am i right
