Error 99 0n my 10D tody

Grady, I'm sorry to hear that.

I know its been awhile, but when I owned that 10D I had not experienced an error 99.

I know it's a different error code, but have you tried another CF card? Worth a try.

You have most likely been there, but another thing to check are the batteries themselves. When I had my 40D, I started getting a slew of 99s that I traced back to a 3rd party battery.
