Im gonna have $400 soon ... so i wonder what should i buy for video ... i pretty have nothing but tripod so what should i buy :)

editing software will be much more useful than anything else... I think if you qualify for an educational discount you can get Adobe Premiere for around that much, otherwise I'll recommend either Premiere Elements or Sony Vegas 10.

i just got my glidecam stabilizer. thing's pretty sweet, but a hassle to balance!

editing software if you don't have it
fluid head
z-finder (I have the LCDVF, if you're eyesight isnt terrible I would get this and save money)
gini shoulder rig
slider
lens, if you're missing a focal length you need

not sexy like sliders and stabilizers, but continuous lights and/or sound gear are the foundation to build on. a couple of small lights like lowel pro lights with barndoors, or a rode videmic pro and digital audio recorder would get your feet wet.
