Strobist & Modifiers purchase Help

First of all,it's one of the best forums around
i've learend alot through your Posts

this is my first strobist purchase...this is the kit i'm lookng to get

Speedlites :
1x YN-465 Or YN-467 Or 468 (TTL compatible flash for fast actions/events)
2x YN-560 Or YN-460 II (for strobist work)


Trigger :
RF-602 with 3 Receiver

Speedlite bracket -to mount the flash to Bowens speed Ring - : Flashpoint-Brackt (external link)


Modifiers:
softbox/octa : 2x Octagonal Softbox 120cm Soft Box & Eggcrate Grid Bowens (external link)

Umbrella : 2x Westcott 2021 60in Optical White Satin Umbrella, Cover (external link)

and one Boom arm
+ stands for sure :)

that's it

-for the TTL flash wich is better -what's the difference actually :rolleyes:-??

-for the manual flashes,witch one is more powerful and reliable -i've heard great things about both the 460II and the 560-

pls feel free to shre any thoughts about this kit

Very nice choices, BUT consider the newer rf603's or the cactus v5's they are both transceivers.

as far as i know the 560's is still having some problems, not sure if they fixed it already or not.

I would leave those octaboxes and buy some smaller softboxes, 120cm is really big for a speedlite to fill with light. Or maybe just start with only some umbrella's.

rememmberd those new transceivers just now :) leaning toward the V5's

from the info about the 560 and the 460II i think they're the same power output!! is this right?? GN at 105mm is not true representation...maybe it's close to the 460II in the same settings

so the 460II over the 560 ??

for the trigger, V5's or the 603?? -can't find links for the V5's and the GI main page says it's out of stock!!-
