What length for glidetrack works best as slider as welll as shoulder support? 0.5m, 0.75m, or 1m? Thanks

However, the one I am using is ball bearing slider and it's completely smooth from start to finish.

Be warned though, when using it as a shoulder mount it's extremely front heavy since you don't have a way to balance the weight. I can only shoot with it shoulder mounted for 5-6 minutes before finding myself fatigued and I consider myself to be in pretty good shape. Michael L. Solomon
