[Are] there any recommendations to what [I] could do?

The best "editing" would have been in the viewfinder, so the images were not static and the backgrounds were not cluttered. Editing won't improve these images.

Drifting is a game of action and motion, and pictures should give the impression that the cars are in action.

It'll take some work on shutter speeds (slower) and framing (check backgrounds) to get more effective images.

As i said before, it was my first time shooting and since i can't retake these images, editing is my last chance of making something out of my shots
BUT
i totally understand what you are saying and i am very greatful for your feedback and information you have provided :) thank you

If an image doesn't have "it", whatever "it" is, PP won't make it a keeper. Learn a lesson to use next time.
