Too much contrast and cropped way to tight for me.....a shame because the processing on the chrome looks good.

Looks more tonemapped than HDR. There is no detail in shadows, etc.

I was wondering if it was handheld too? Its got some spots that are blurry

Yeah definitely not handheld its just that I didnt have a tripod at the time and when i put it in photomatix it did its best to match up the edges and what not and spots came out blurry on the car.

Of course, now I cannot stop looking at your reflection in the bumper.


Canon 40D and more lenses than my wife knows about...

I don't see any high dynamic range here. No detail in the wheel wells, the roof cladding or the interior of the car in the background. Just a big play around with all the sliders.

Ok I see. I think this print would look pretty sweet on some metallic paper that's for sure.

Yeah to much movement going on here for me.........not enough tonal range and quite a bit of noise in the shadows, all those little white spots around the front wheel and wheel well .........look like noise to me ??
