[Q] Lee Filter 4x4 or 4x6?

I have a question, My Lee Holder Kit and 77 WA Adapter ring was finally shipped by B&H. So my question to you gods out there, what size filter do I need?

I have a Tokina 11-16, planning on getting the Canon 17-55 IS and the 70-200 f2.8 or f4.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

The 4x4 or 4x6 depends more on the type of filter you're getting than anything else. You're fine with a square filter for any uniformly-coloured filters; the rectangular ones are desirable when you get graduated filters; you want to be able to adjust where the transition falls so you need that extra bit of length.

Jon pretty much summed it up.

4x4 (100mm x 100mm) for most everything except GND's where you'll want 4x6.
