Moon shots are really easy. Focus all the way to 250mm on a tripod if you can. I set my ISO 100
f8 but normally I'll shoot in AV mode. Adjust your ISO and Aperature to your liking. Experiment

Ha! Well when its spread all over the corn fields its fabulous.

I will have to try without the tripod first. I don't even know where it is. I'm not usually shaky. We shall see!

I'm really starting to get tired of this dark, dreary weather. We haven't had a nice day since I got my new lenses, ugh! :(

Still managed some good shots though :-)

Beautiful!

Thanks Lisa!

WolfsPride wrote in post #15648155 (external link)
No real need for a Fisheye when you have the setting under creative mode. There's a couple different things you can do with it.
Nonetheweisser, that's a nice shot. I have had my Shorty Forty for 3 weeks now and only used it once so far lol

Thanks Wolf! Yeah, the 40 stayed in my bag for a long while as I always preferred the kit lens but the more I've used it the more I'm finding how amazing it is and it's slowly growing on me big time!

On holiday so got on the bike (pedal power) and cycled part of the Winery Tour. It's very very dry here at the moment and taking these late afternoon shows that.

Nice shots, Rosey! Great colors, I like the second one the best with the fence in the foreground.

Nice moon, PT, I was looking for your settings but they aren't listed on flickr.
