Since we were talking about PP softwares...

Do you see any difference in quality between raw conversion to jpeg from different programs?

I don't think my eyes are that discerning. In fact I had trouble reading some small print for an online purchase I had printed the details off :-) !!

Nice shots Rosey. How long has it been since it's rained there? Year before last we only had a couple inches all year. They are still cutting down trees that died because of it. And a lot of the prettiest part of Texas was burned by wild fires up around Austin. Looks like it could there as well.

Hi! I'm new to the forums and I just purchased the T3i and I'm blown away by what this DSLR can do. I bought the kit which had the standard 18-55mm and also came with a 55-250mm. I bought a 50mm 1.8 seperately which was fairly cheap. Here's a sample of my puppy.

Nice shots, guys!!

Unfortunately I don't have those nice colors to work with, the sky is white, and the day is dreary, and all I see today are Crows, so here's a little something different from me...

Thanks Lisa! I could definitely use a blue sky and some temperatures above 30, it's getting old.
