Literally just got my 2nd flash and wireless receiver so I decided to mess around for 15 mins with a buddy. Feel free to provide any C&C! I used a 580EX II at 1/4 power with the wide angle diffusion panel as a hair light and a YN560 with a mini beauty dish above him to the right at 50mm (i think it was at full power) shooting at f/11 and 1/200 ISO 100. I got him to hold a white reflector to the left of his face as well.

LIghting may have been a bit of overkill. You've got harsh shadows on the right of his neck (shirt collar) and it looks a bit hotter than the background. A little more balance and you'd have a homerun ball. Nice effort!
