I don't mind the microphone mouth personally, shame it's not focused on his eyes - looks slightly off?

nice set tho dwight, if 4 was bang on focus on his eye's i'd say that's the winner.

also, looks like your logo needs an update!

I think the focus is on his eye in #4 ... I think his eye color make give a different look. Logo/copyright is correct ... these were 2010 ... check the title. :-) Anyway, thanks for the comments.

actually, looking at it again you are right - it's bang on the eye. on first looking i thought his knuckle was the sweet spot, but it looks like not.
