Hi all,

Quick question for you:

I've just got my 5D MkII :) and am loving it! However, when I take a photo, on the screen the red focus point is shown afterwards. I can't find a setting to take it off, can I? Or am I stuck with it? Just don't like it that's all!

Cheers

David

It should be in Menu, in one of those blue tabs: AF point display: Enable/Disable

However, it doesn't show in your pictures and it could be valuable tool for checking focus accuracy.
I wouldn't disable it, if I was in your place..

What we see depends mainly on what we look for.

In your menu (one of the blue ones), turn off AF Point Disp.

It's wrapped in plastic and says "Don't open until Christmas".

LOL...it should be the other way around and say that on the camera's wrap. :)
