Does anyone have this printer or one similar?

I'm planning to order this printer from B&H

I have never used a Canon Photo Printer, but B&H recommend this one.
Just wanted to get the opinions of others first.

What do you want to use the printer for?
What budget?

Photography...both color and b&w.

I have used pro labs in the past, but I'm wanting to start printing my own (some).
I usually just do Wallets, 5x7s, and 8x10s anyway.

From my past experience you cannot go wrong with canon. I have tried all the rest and came back to canon. I find the canon printers at least in my experience last way longer than the rest and have far less problems. Thats just my experience. I'm running the mg 5220 and it does great prints. They come out better than the local photo labs. Its basically the same as what your looking at with a few more features. You may want to look at it for the extra $20 you get the scanner and wireless printing.

Well I ended up buying the PIXMA iP4820 Premium Inkjet Photo Printer, and 250case of Smooth Pearl paper.

I know you've already bought another printer, but I've just got the ip3600 and am absolutely blown away by the quality of the prints, especially for the price.
