No more free shipping?

I finally decide to buy another camera (5D II), but have noticed no more free shipping from BH and Adorama.

Good question...most likely due to the economy and the price of fuel though!!

Newegg is offering free shipping as well...5D Mark II is same price as B&H and Adorama...out of stock though!!

Was planning on buying some items from BH until the free shipping changed. Oh well, I guess I'll shop around for a better deal.

I'm sure your not the only one jp!! Newegg is selling the 85 f/1.2L II cheaper and offering free 3 day select shipping. Really thinking about jumping on this deal while it is still out there. It's a shame because I've spent a huge amount of money at B&H and have been happy up to this point.

It's not hurry...........I can wait until they offer free shipping again.

One thing to go against Newegg is 15% restock fee (including defective), otherwise great.

Not sure about that Hyper...they have a standard 30 day return policy and it states nothing about a restocking fee in the description of their policy. If I'm not mistaken, B&H and Adorama are only 15 days. Besides, if it was defective, it would go back to Canon for repairs as it is a USA model and would be covered by the warranty.

i dont know about the OP but why pay even 10$ extra when other sites provides you with Free shipping?

Just seems kinda funny to me that an extra 1% cost for shipping would kill the whole deal for you. You can wait, but I would be careful. A lot of stores have risen their price on this camera to $2699 due supply concerns.

Now this the case for *refund*. If you want exchange then it's just like the others (in fact 5D2 is exchange only, no refund at Newegg).

You are absolutely right, but my original plan was wait for 5D III or 3D. It just gives me another excuse to wait.
