I'm looking for gels for my PCB lights to use in the Litemod system. Basically, the holders use 8x10 gel sheets, but 8x8 will work just fine.

Anyway, I'm looking for a source of filters other than PCB/Alien Bees in sheets that are either 8x8 wide or larger so I can get them down.

Any references much appreciated. Thanks.

Oddly enough, Hobby Lobby, JoAnn Fabrics, et al, have decent sheets of PVC that work very well. Often around $2.00.

Would you mind telling us why you don't want to use PCB gels? Thanks.

If you go to the rosco website, they list all their local suppliers. I'm sure you arent far from some sort of theatrical supply house that carries them.

Because they only sell them in the 6 or 20 assorted packs and not individual. I ordered two sets of the 6 assorted pack. I want some other colors, but don't want to have to buy two of the 20 assorted pack at $50 a piece.

You can buy 20X24'' sheets of CTO, etc. from just about anywhere, including B&H or Calumet. Comes rolled up in a tube and you can cut it to whatever size you need. It's usually $6 or less per sheet.
