Well...The three-minute fix would be to select the subject, invert the selection so that only the backdrop is now selected, and apply the Surface Blur filter. Based on the strength of the filter applied you can smooth most, if not all, of the wrinkles. You'd also get the additional benefit of reducing the shadows cast by the subject.

You can also replace the entire backdrop but this isn't an elementary task since it involves masking and it will take too long to describe. I took a quick shot at a replacement but it still needs refining. If you look at her arm you'd see it isn't masked cleanly.
Of course whatever solution you choose wouldn't address problems like what appears to be blown out skin on the subjects face and chest, and the missing left elbow.

I shot this pic on a white muslin background and as you can see I wasn't able to get enough light on it to blow it out and I was too close to blur it out and it has wrinkles, etc. etc.
I just got cs5 and so far have only learned how to really screw up a marginal picture. Can someone walk me through the steps to, I guess, cut the model out and paste her on another background? Or maybe just fuzz out the existing background so it is less distracting? Is there a 3 minute process to fix this?
Thanks.
