Not sure what exactly happened to her but she looked pretty mangy and acted strange like she was going to attack or something. She never did run away either just slowly walked after a decent amount of time had passed.

Looks mangy however ticks will do that too (its the winter ticks). I have seen moose lose almost all of their hair, it does grow back though. Nice shots!

looks to be just shedding its winter coat. its the right time of year for that and deer look like that when it happens. especially up north where they have thicker coats. and deer are less skitish now too.
