So I have a G11 that shoots only 4:3 aspect ratio and when I go to print the lab wants to crop. Is there a feature in LR 3 that can help with this? THanks

Yes. In the Develop Module, crop your image to the desired proportions before you export it. 4x6 is shown here, but you can select 5x7, 8x10, or others, or make your own custom aspect ratio. (Click on the dashed-line box to activate the crop function.)
