Will this Sigma 530 flash work with Canon?

I don't understand. It has Pentax on the top and a Canon reviewer (serveral) on the bottom. Can this Sigma flash be used on more than one camera type? Is there a shoe adapter or something?

edit: I read it says exclusive for Pentax but was confused.
