Thanks for all of your comments. I noticed that piter78 said I needed to reduce the high ISO noise. Actually a high ISO setting wasn't what caused it. This was originally taken with a film camera using Fuji Velvia 100 slide film. The image posted was a scan of the original slide. I ran the scanned image through Topaz Adjust to increase detail. Unfortunately, that gave me the grainy look in the background also. I then ran it through a Denoise program to try to clean up the background. When I posted it to this thread, I got the wrong image. Thanks for the comment piter78. I had noticed the error, but since it was already posted I left it alone. Here is the one I meant to post. Not a big difference, but noticeable. Ron......
