Okay you guys, my first testing of my light setup, putting all those clampy things together was a pain and I have no idea if I did it right, had some parts left over after too.. hrmm... hope my flash doesn't fall off!

Indeed! i love their super teles, Its kinda a neat option to buy a head and with a different focusing unit attached you get a different lens..

I could also get a 5D Classic or 1Ds, put a split focus screen in it and modify it to take Leica R-mount glass

Or just get a Contax, The RTS was always cool to me

Truthfully, its a quite useful thing to have on an 800mm prime as the FOV is so narrow sighting it on the subject could actually be difficult

Which is why if i got one big birding lens it would probubly be the Sigma 300-800 just because it IS a zoom
