Why? Really rocky hill and Rusty technique :p

I'm fine, my forarm is all scraped up and I'm a bit sore, but it wasn't too bad. Time to go find a new helmet though.. It wasn't a hard crash but the thing is kind of old and beat up already.

Which trek hybrids?

What pieces would you change out?

I would change the rear cassete to a shimano 105 10 speed as it comes with a Shimano 8 speed. I live in a very hilly area where at some points its almost a 45 degree inclince, downtown is flat so i need this for when i begin to approach where i live.
