Piles of stuff seems to be the standard filing system here. I can't stand it. I lose way too much stuff. But then when I try to store stuff properly I can't ever find it again. This is the first time I've ever lost something for taxes though. Lost a T4 and the NETFILE code. Easy enough to get new ones, it's just annoying.

i have a small box i keep under my monitor full of post it notes about 3" high, just for my computer tricks, memory says "i know that one" and i start the search through the box for it

i have at least 6 notes on how to do a screen shot
