Ok its more of a lack of deatil on their part but here we go:
Im about to order a free sample kit from them, which is very nice indeed however... there is a section in the ordering process that just doesnt make any sense to me whatsoever:
I come to the cover selection bit and choose the crystal one, it then gives me this option:
"Input the name of the file you want to use as cover."
I dont get this? i already made the book including the cover picture using the graphi software ive downloaded....
Ok so i think that maybe i have to put the name in of the file (the same one i already put as the cover in the book design) as a jpeg or what? ho do i get this file to them? where is this particular file stored? in the save files i see the image there, but its been renamed by the software to some strange lettering etc, is it this? if i just put a file name in at random how the hell are they going to know where the file is? do i put a url in there or what? its confusing as hell! its the ONLY issue i need to resolve before i order... i just dont get what im meant to do here...? ive contacted them but only seem to get redirected around to different departments, its just not fun!
What do i put in this dialogue box guys, please?
