Hey all,

I was asked to give some rates for a potential corporate headshot client.

Any suggestions on rates?

Should I go with the formula of:

location fee + price per head?

what would you consider appropriate?

For a location shot, I book a flat fee covering half a day that includes five persons and one set-up. For one person, it would seem expensive--for five people, it's reasonable. There is an additional fee for each person over five, with volume price breaks after each five persons.
