thanks, I do almost like shooting small critters at night so I can get rid of the backround and control the light 100%. found a tree frog tonight again, no photos this time. but more soon.

what area you find that frog? i am wondering if it's a cope's gray or a gray....

hey BC, im in Vine Grove area. I have found a few diffenrt looking grays over the past years,, not sure which,, just know its a gray tree frog. the new section of the Joe Prather Hwy is close to my area so im seeing all sorts of homeless critters, but the frogs are a usual visitor.

mike, they are actually identical looking and only can be distinguished by the call...and to top it off, i think both are in your area...

yeah funny story about this frog,, I kept hearing a loud fox like quirel. around the house, so we thought maybe we had a fox roaming around.. the the night these shots were taken I was outside and heard it and it was LOUD. so we tracked it to a gutter pipe.. after getting on the roof to see what was stuck in the gutter... there was this lil gray sitting atop the gutter bellowing into the pipe.. hahahah after catching it and getting it to ground level I took the photos.
