Question is simple, i have $400 what lighting gear i should buy ? im having a 430ex II and some diffuser right now.

Generic answer: Impact 8' light stand, Impact umbrella bracket, Westcott 43" Collapsible White Umbrella from B&H (external link), and a 24' eTTL cord from FlashZebra (external link) to get you started off camera. Or you can go wireless, manual, and buy Yongnuo RF-602 or RF-603 from Amazon (external link).
