I recently purchased a set of CRB+'s and the Cyber Commander. The question is are there anyadvantages to keeping 2 different types of Radio Transmitters? Or Should I just sell off the PW II's? Here is the link if anyone is interested. ;)

I seriously don't know the answer to your question, but I have a theory, which may be a question within itself.

You meant the CSRB+, right (battery version)?

I have the CSR+ for my one AB400 and was thinking that if I were to use this remotely (which I really don't plan to having two Einsteins) with the Vagabond Mini would the fact that it was a CSR+ (no B) cause any significant extra draw on the VBMini?

Sorry if I hijacked this, but I think it's in the same area and may help with your question aswell.

The only thing that I could think of if you either:

A) Shoot sports. Some arena's have strobes in the rafters and they tend to use PW's

B) Are part of a group of photogs that get together and shoots. Would be nice to have different triggers in that case.

Otherwise...I would pick one and stick to it.

You could save the PW to use as a remote shutter release, or for the reasons posted above. Otherwise probably no reason to keep them.

True, but I was thinking as separate system while using his cybersyncs for their intended purpose.
