I've gone 16x32 and it looked pretty good. Of course it was lit perfectly and i had no exposure issues. Shot at 200 ISO and in RAW.

Imaged resized with PS at 180 ppi prior to printing. Standard viewing distance makes them look perfect. Get close (<1ft) and you will start to notice a slight softness to the edges. Shooting RAW with proper focus and exposure makes it possible. "Whatever you can do to avoid Photoshop is worth it"
