When I get a cold, I have such trouble concentrating, I usually can't get much work done at all.

I am like that too. I can sometimes get some ambition together and get a good hour or so in, then I burn out terrible. I hate feeling under the weather.

Amazing how ambitious Lois gets when I'm feeling sick. I think she was raised believing that hard work is the best cure for whatever ails you. It usually ends up in a disaster, but it doesn't stop her from trying.

;)

oh that reminded me...when we were down at Winston the other day we saw both red and blue locomotives. There was no way to stop and take a photo but considering all the yellow loco antipathy around here, we all took note

Morning (for a while still) all :)

Dragon, hope you feel better.
Wool, I liked that shot but it's very dark on my monitor.
Harm, glad you had a nice time back home. Crazy to do it during the royal wedding though. lol

Love it, Dan. I'm really getting in the mood to go out and do some shooting one of these days. I'll even settle for yellow in necessary.

Ironic......we just had 6 months of relatively mild weather during which I could have gone out and taken lots of photos without any discomfort. Now it's over 100, and I'm getting the bug again.

Mental illness is a terrible thing.

Yeah....it is very dark....and not really a pose I was thrilled with. I liked Z's assessment of it...."The guy on the ground looks like he is begging to not get run over."

Hop a plane to Chattanooga....I'll pick you up Saturday morning....Norfolk Southern has provided a couple passes to the big doings.
