Crissa, I loved electroshock therapy on my back. Hated it, but loved it. It really helped in the long run.
Can you use some biofreeze or something to ease the pain now?

I've returned to PT for my back, after tons of stretching tonight they put hot packs on me and those electric stim thingies, it felt so good at the time, right now...not so much.

*sends healing air*

I can't use the tinge unit thing...it's not good for people like me.

and biofreeze...you're the first person other than myself that I've come across that has heard of it. It's so amazing.

biofreeze, deepheat, icy-cold...they all work nicely. I usually use them on my calves.

I tend to strain them more than any other muscles playing footy. shame on me for not stretching enough!

Oh, and for constant back pain, I really do recommend a chiropractor!

I hated it while they were doing it, but loved it later.

Biofreeze is amazing in all ways. I could handle the 15 minutes of electroshock if they promised me biofreeze.
