After long and careful deliberation, I've decided Jack Daniels is a far better celebratory beverage today. Just can't do tequila anymore.

 Only time I can do tequila is in a margarita.

*waves* HI EVERYONE!!

I have new hair. It was supposed to be purple, but I was the guinea pig for a new color line. It sucked. SO I have a really neat coppery/burgundy/weirdish color instead.

I actually really like the accidental color! :)

I'll share photos tomorrow. If I feel like it.

Kewl! That is one reason I sometimes wish I had short hair. I could do fun colors and it would grow out fast if I didn't like it.

Like others, I find the first one fantastic, Dan. The second not to keen about.

Oh my gosh!

We went to Bodie (a ghost town in Nevada) when Marian was a baby.

We went again when she was a teen, and tried to replicate a photo that we had taken before. It was a guess, as we didn't have the photo with us, and didn't find it till we got home.

I think we did pretty good, don't you?

Awwwww!!!! My folks did that at Mt. Mitchell! We visited when I was two and then again when I was teen! LOL

Loved that tree! I think that is a fabulous picture of you and Leyla!

G'MAE all.

Good jokes during the evening and absolutely loved the older pictures. Especially seeing how much the kids have grown since we first started hanging out in these various pubs. Not sure how it is they are getting older because I'm sure none of us are. :D

WOOL for some reason your pictures didn't load for me. The dialog said they were but they never became visible. :(

Baxter decided to wake us at 4:30ish this morning by slamming his Kong on the floor next to the bed. So here I am pretty much ready for the day, 2 hours early. So much productive stuff I could be doing, but; choose instead to enjoy my coffee and good company. :D
