When my laptop crashed, it crashed with everything on it. I couldn't uninstall my product. The onone people reset my product # over the phone (something it took pulling teeth with adobe to get them to do) then when there were no updates online, they emailed me the full installer to get it back to what it was. Took less than 2 min. No endless hold times. No wrangling. .. It's Permie's world, we just live in it! ~CDS
